1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Zeniths Wealth platform, website, and associated services. By registering an account or making an investment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have legal capacity to enter into a binding contract
• Not be a resident of a country where cryptocurrency investment is prohibited
• Provide accurate and truthful registration information

3. Investment Plans and Returns

3.1 Plan Terms

Each investment plan specifies a contract duration, weekly return on investment (ROI), and minimum/maximum deposit range. Once an investment is activated, the contract terms are binding for the full duration.

3.2 Profit Payments

Weekly profits are calculated and credited to your dashboard account every 7 days from the activation date. You may withdraw accumulated profits at any time without penalty.

3.3 Capital Return

Your principal investment is returned in full upon natural expiry of the contract period, provided the account is in good standing and no terms violations have occurred.

3.4 Risk Disclosure

While we employ capital protection mechanisms, all investments carry inherent risk. Cryptocurrency markets are volatile. Past performance does not guarantee future results. You should only invest capital you can afford to put at risk.

4. Account Registration and Security

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate registration information and keeping it up to date
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Enabling two-factor authentication (strongly recommended)
• Immediately notifying us of any unauthorised access

We will never ask for your password. Be vigilant against phishing attempts.

5. KYC and AML Compliance

Zeniths Wealth is committed to preventing money laundering and financial crime. We may require identity verification documents before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds. Failure to provide requested documentation may result in account suspension pending review.

6. Deposits and Withdrawals

6.1 Deposits

All deposits must be made in cryptocurrency to the address provided in your dashboard. Deposits are credited after the required number of blockchain confirmations. We do not accept fiat currency transfers.

6.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours on business days. Minimum withdrawal amounts vary by plan. We reserve the right to request identity verification before processing large withdrawals.

7. Referral Programme

The referral programme allows you to earn a bonus when you refer new investors. Referral bonuses are credited when a referred user completes their first qualifying deposit. Self-referrals, fraudulent referrals, or any attempt to manipulate the referral system will result in account termination and forfeiture of bonuses.

8. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any illegal activity
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions
• Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt our systems
• Misrepresent your identity or provide false information
• Engage in any activity that damages our reputation or operations

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Zeniths Wealth shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Losses arising from cryptocurrency market volatility
• Service interruptions caused by third-party providers or force majeure events
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain security

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Zeniths Wealth platform — including text, graphics, logos, and software — is the exclusive property of Zeniths Wealth and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or pose a risk to other users or our platform. Active investments may be settled at our discretion in such cases.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, United States. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Georgia.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes via email or a prominent notice on our website. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
